Businesses cannot remove reviews. However, if you believe a review is vulgar, offensive, or unfair, please email us at help@daleely.app and our team will review it.

Yes! The Basic Subscription allows you to post one listing of a business, event, and deal. You can purchase additional posting credits under the Pricing section.
No — the number you use to create your business account is for admin access only. You’ll be able to set your public business phone number separately when creating your listing.
Yes — you can temporarily deactivate your listing by going to Manage Business and selecting Active. You can reactivate it at any time.
Some reviews are pulled directly from Google Reviews, while others may be submitted by users through our platform.
Due to restrictions set by Apple and Google Play, we’re currently unable to offer business account creation and subscription purchases directly within the app. Apple takes a 30% commission on in-app purchases, and avoiding this fee is essential for us to keep prices as low as possible for our customers and business users.
To ensure you can still join as a Business User and access all premium features, you’ll need to complete your profile setup and subscription through our website.
