Why We Created Daleely
We created Daleely because we saw a problem…. and we decided to fix that problem.
Our CEO comes from a finance background and spent years watching other communities thrive by recycling their dollar within their own circles, building generational wealth, empowering their businesses, and uplifting one another without hesitation. Meanwhile, we watched our own community struggle to do the same. Too often, we’d hear from our own community members the same hurtful lines: “We don’t want the best for each other,” or “We tear each other down instead of lifting one another up.” And honestly, we were tired.
Tired of seeing our services underappreciated.
Tired of seeing the lack of community support for our businesses.
Tired of watching our dollar leave our hands and never make its way back.
We knew we had to change the narrative.
Daleely was born from that frustration, but more importantly, from love, love for our people, our faith, and the endless untapped potential within our community. We created this platform because we wanted to build a space where our Muslim-Owned Businesses could be seen, supported, and celebrated. Where you could find a trusted Muslim doctor, mechanic, barber, jeweler, or service provider, someone who understands your values, your culture, and your way of life.
And beyond the businesses, we were tired of missing out on our own memories. Tired of hearing about beautiful events days after they happened, or catching glimpses of them on someone’s Instagram story. We wanted a way for our community to stay connected, to gather, to celebrate, and to strengthen the bonds that have always made us powerful.
Daleely isn’t just an app. It’s not just a website. It’s a movement.
A movement to uplift our businesses.
A movement to unite our people.
A movement to inspire both the old generation and the new to support one another, to show our elders that their legacy matters, and to show our youth that there’s a foundation being built for them right now.
We’re done missing out on events.
We’re done withholding the support we owe each other.
And we’re done believing the lie that we don’t want the best for each other.
